Steak with Grilled Vegetables
Ingredients:
2 quality steaks, sirloin, striploin or fillet (must be well aged to ensure tenderness)
Directions:
Heat the grill/pan to maximum, a cast iron ridged pan gives excellent results. Place the steaks in a shallow dish. Place the chopped vegetables in a bowl.Mix together the oil, salt, black pepper and balsamic vinegar. Pour half the mixture over the steaks and the remainder over the vegetables, mix well. Place on the grill pan, then add the steaks. Do this in two lots if the pan is over crowded.
Cook the vegetables and steaks for approx. 5-8 minutes - to your liking. Serve with a few jacket or boiled potatoes.

We are often asked advice on photographing property exteriors. We always recommend using a digital camera as you tend not to lose quality in the scanning process. A good rule of thumb is the sharper your picture, the better it will publish on the web. Here are a few tips to bear in mind.
Just to remind you that Comreg has outlined plans to phase changes to telephone numbers which will begin on 3rd November 2008 and take final effect in summer 2009. Both codes will operate together for a period of approximately 6 months. The STD Area codes in question are as follows:
