New on-line reservation facility.

How will this work?
A link to a reservation form will be added to your webpage which will allow the guest to make a reservation without having to e-mail or telephone you. When a reservation is received by us we will confirm availability with you by telephone and subsequently confirm the reservation with the guest by email.

How are payments made?
The guest's credit card will be charged a deposit of 10% of the total cost of accommodation. Guests will pay the remainder of the accommodation cost on arrival. The balance of the deposit will be settled with you quarterly along with any cancellation fees.

What do I do next?
We will contact you shortly with a link on our web site which will provide all relevant forms and information. We will then require you to provide information on your room types/number of rooms also your rates for each room type.
